Know the club football has finished.
Not England, last 8 at best IMO.
If they get there act together we may see a new name win...........Belgium, otherwise its one of the usual suspects, my guess would be Argentina or France.

Croatia had the Adrenalin factor in the England game,they could sense they had a chance after being all over the place against England in the 1st half. I've just watched the game again and the major thing for me is why the ref only decided to book a Croatian player late in the game. He seemed loathed to book anyone for a serious foul. Booking Mandzukic for kicking the ball away when Rebic had elbowed Walker (I think) was a joke. He then books Walker later for not giving the ball back !! He was poor and let the Croatia players influence him. I read this was a great tactic that experienced and hardened players do all the time.But in a WC semi-final shouldn't be a a factor for a strong ref.
A bit of sour grapes as we should have won this game by half time. Croatia were not that good.

I think France will win it not because of their squad but because of who they were able to leave out.
Cant see any reason to jump ship at the moment

During the game physical exertion will take its toll. No doubt. Against us they got away with it as we were more fucked than them. As I said France have glided into the final and with their pace I just feel it will be too much for Croatia.

i don't think they're tired, the midfielder Brazovic covered almost 16.5km against England. seeing that diving cunt Mbappe crying after losing would be nice

France seem to have glided into the final whereas Croatia have pulled themselves up a cliff-face to get there. As good as the Croat's are I think physical exertion will tell and the French play such a high tempo powerful game that it will be one game too many for the Croats. I predict France 3-1.

I looked at the France line up before Australia played them thinking we might be in for an absolute hammering ... Griezmann MBappe Pogba Kante Giroud Dembele etc
They were shit that day but have built up their form to match their talent and Croatia will be hard pressed to handle them

Someone asked me before it started about the chances of any outsiders and I highlighted Croatia - I think they were about 22-1. However, I left them alone and decided to have £50 on France at 6-1 so even though they seem to be not everyone's cup of tea I will have to cheer that on.

Did one of those online predictor things, had France as winners beating Spain in the final.
England to get to the last 8 but then the usual outcome against “zee Germans” The Spanish then knock them out in the semis.

Perhaps England could join once they leave the EU
To be honest Australia’s World Cup is about beating Peru.
They won’t beat France obviously. Or Denmark unless Eriksen gets snapped in two. Which would be nice.
